Software for setting up data and layout of LP-2550 label printer

KEditor2 is an affordable application for managing all data in the Dibal label printer / indicator LP-2550.
The programm is in English, Dutch and German language. The language can be set in a simple way.



With the help of KEditor2 the following data can be maintained:

Programming / modifying:
  • the scaleʹs / weigh indicatorʹs configuration
  • items with ingredients
  • head texts
  • programming keys
  • VAT rates
  • tare
  • departments
  • label layouts (with graphics editor)
  • logo's (with editor)
  • ingredient codes
  • clerk names
  • texts
  • barcodes
Optionally an extension for sales reports is available.

With this
  • total sales
  • turn over per PLU
  • turn over per clerk
  • VAT
can be read out and saved.
The reports can be called up per day or per (freely to determine) period.


Installation requirements
  • IBM or 100% compatible computer
  • 1 free serial port for connection to indicator
  • operating system Microsoft Windows 98SE / 2000 / XP
  • minimal 32 MB RAM
  • minimal 10MB of free space on hard disc
  • internet access and email for updates and support
The required connection cable between indicator and computer is optionally available.



You can download* a demo-version here and try the programm. In the trial version max. 5 items can be programmed. After the expiring date of 60 days you need to register for an unrestricted use; you will receive a key after registration. Without registration no communication with the scale will be possible. All restrictions will be lifted off after inserting the key. Registration will be possible after installation of Keditor2.
